Teaching Your Bot with Files

While syncing your website is the fastest way to train your AI, sometimes you have important information stored in documents that aren't on your public site—like internal price lists, detailed manuals, or PDF guides.

Automatically allows you to upload these files directly so your bot can learn from them, too.

Uploading Documents

Head to the Knowledge tab inside your Bot's dashboard. Here, you can simply drag and drop files from your computer.

Supported file types include:

• PDFs (.pdf)
• Text Files (.txt)
• Word Documents (.docx)

Managing Your Training Data

Once you upload a file, our system reads every word and adds it to the bot's memory. You don't need to do anything else!

If the information in one of your files changes:

1. Delete the old file from your Knowledge list.
2. Upload the new, updated version.

The bot will instantly forget the old facts and start using the new ones. This is the perfect way to make sure your bot knows your latest internal procedures or product specs before your customers even ask.
