Your Company Profile

To provide the best possible support, your Automatically bot needs to know exactly who you are. Your Company Profile is the place where you define your business identity.

Completing Your Profile

Inside the Settings tab, you'll find your Company Profile. It's important to fill this out, as our AI uses these facts when answering general questions about your business.

Key fields to include:

• Company Name: How we should refer to your business in chat.
• Website: Your main online home.
• Support Email & Phone: If the bot needs to tell a customer how to reach a human, it will use these details.
• Description: A short summary of what your company does. This helps the AI understand the context of every conversation.

Note: If your company details are missing, your chat system may be temporarily disabled to prevent the bot from giving out incorrect business facts!

Connecting Master Accounts (OAuth)

If you use tools like Google, Microsoft, or Shopify across your whole team, you can connect your "Master Accounts" in the OAuth Settings tab.

Connecting these once allows you to easily plug them into any of your bots without having to log in every single time. It's a secure way to manage permissions for your entire organization from one single place.
