Channels: Where Your Bot Lives

Automatically allows your AI bot to help customers directly on your website. We call this starting point a "Channel" (or Entry Point).

Web Chat (The Widget)

This is the most popular way to use Automatically. It puts a friendly chat bubble in the corner of your website.

  • Fastest help: Customers get answers in seconds without leaving your page.
  • Visuals: You can customize the colors, logos, and welcome messages.
  • Live Preview: See exactly what a customer sees while they browse.

Managing Channels

You can enable or disable the Web Chat channel at any time inside your Bot's dashboard. This gives you total control over where your AI is active and where you prefer to keep a human-only touch.
