Subscription & Pricing

Automatically is designed to be affordable and transparent. We don't believe in complex monthly contracts that charge you for features you don't use. Instead, we use a simple "Pay-as-you-go" system.

How Pricing Works

  • No Monthly Fee: You don't pay anything just to have an account or use the dashboard.
  • $0.10 Per Reply: You only pay when the bot actually helps a customer. Every time the bot sends a reply, it costs 10 cents.
  • Human Chats are Free: If a human team member takes over the chat to help a customer, you aren't charged for those messages!

Adding Balance

To keep your bot active, you simply "Top-up" your account balance.

  1. Go to the Billing section in your dashboard.
  2. Click "Add Balance".
  3. Choose an amount (Minimum is $20).
  4. Complete the secure checkout via Stripe.

Your balance is added instantly, and your bot will continue working until your balance runs out. We'll send you a friendly email notification when your balance is getting low so you never miss a customer.

Tracking Your Spend

Inside the Billing tab, you can see exactly how many replies you have left in your balance and view a full history of all your past top-ups. This makes it incredibly easy to track your Return on Investment (ROI) and see exactly how much money the bot is saving your business.
