Connecting Your Shopify Store

Shopify is our most powerful e-commerce integration. By connecting your store, your bot becomes a star salesperson that knows your products and can help customers track their orders in real-time.

How it Works

When you connect Shopify, Automatically does two things:

1. Reads Your Catalog: The bot learns about all your products, descriptions, and prices.
2. Tracks Orders: If a customer asks "Where is my order?", the bot can securely look up their status if they provide their order number and email.

Setting it Up

1. Go to the Integrations tab in your dashboard.
2. Click "Add App" and select Shopify.
3. You will be redirected to the Shopify login page to authorize Automatically.
4. Once connected, we will automatically try to install the chat widget on your store for you!
